I have always had an entrepreneur's mind with an educators heart so I took a leap of faith and started a play-based tutoring company, Playful By Design. I am very blessed by the growth the company has made but even more amazed by the growth that our students have made over the past two years! I am so lucky to have a hard-working group of academic coaches and wonderful families.
When I am not developing new innovative services for my business with my wonderful Director of Operations, Tracye, I am working on developing creative lessons.
And when I am not doing that, I am spending time with my incredible husband...
or my dogs.....

I love spending time outside gardening, cooking and taking runs with my husband. I love meeting other parents and educators that also believe in learning through play. I am passionate about what I do and am thrilled to share some of creative ideas with you.
